WFTO-Europe participates in the Good Clothes, Fair Pay campaign led by Fashion Revolution. Paying a living wage to producers is key to Fair Trade Principle 4 (Fair Pay). Together with a range of partners to the campaign from across the EU, we call on the European Commission to introduce legislation to ensure Living Wages as a right for workers in the garment, textile and footwear sector that are plagued by horrendous pay and working conditions.

We need 1 million signatures from EU citizens to push for legislation requiring companies to conduct due diligence on Living Wages in their supply chains.
