The World Fair Trade Organization-Europe is looking for a part-time Project Officer to lead the implementation of the current and future WFTO-Europe projects (e.g. Erasmus+, DEAR, research projects, and the like).

We are seeking a project officer who will work closely with other partners, promote campaign and raising awareness activities (in the context of projects), organise project meetings, manage corresponding budget keeping accurate records in close collaboration with the Coordinator, regularly report to the Regional Coordinator progress against objectives and to carry out the narrative and financial annual reports of the project.

🌎 We’re looking for someone with strong commitment to Fair Trade and the WFTO Fair Trade principles and with a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field (development, international relations, social sciences, political science, etc.) Aptitude for delivering consistent, high quality work and working with a high degree of independence and self-motivation are requested. Other personals specification include excellent oral and written communication skills, apptitude for working in a small, international team and with colleagues remotely, and excellent spoken and written English.
Experience of organising events and raising awareness activities/campaigns, managing EC grants or other kinds of grant-based projects, of managing volunteers/interns and fluency in spoken and written other European languages (especially French) are desirable.
