ESONALIS is a family business, based in Montpellier in the south of France.  It manufactures homemade organic and Vegan-Organic shea butter ice cream under the  ICE KARITE brand. 

ESONALIS has developed an Ice shea concept based on two requirements: 1) The defense of responsible agriculture and respect for the environment. The raw materials that we use to manufacture our finished products come from  producers in the countries of origin and / or distributors committed to the defense of  responsible agriculture who respect the life cycle of crops, the protection of the  environment and the respect for the principles of fair trade. 

We support our producers in their commitment to quality and respect for the product  life cycle. These artisanal productions make it possible to promote the know-how of all  our farmers in France, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Brazil, the Dominican Republic,  Burkina Faso, Senegal, Benin, Togo, Cameroun , Madagascar.
