Café Michel et Terra Etica is a traditional roaster based in Gironde (Pessac) since 1981. They are pioneers of Organic Agriculture and Fair Trade products in organic distribution network. Their co-operative selects and traditionally roasts high-quality, organic and fair trade coffees in their roasting workshop in Pessac. They also offer grocery products (chocolates, teas, sugars, spices, etc.) that reveal exceptional terroirs under the Terra Etica brand.
